Threshold Reiki
provides a combination of  Western Reiki and original Japanese Reiki techniques and attunements, to allow the student a broader Reiki experience. All Classes contain the traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho Gakkai techniques I learned from Sensei Hiroshi Doi as well as additional Western and Japanese methods and information.  For more details click here.

My focus in the class is to make sure the student understands, and can sense, the Reiki energy they are given a connection to.  I let the class flow with the students' needs, and since all material is also given in their class manual, the student can relax and enjoy the process knowing they can review the material again later at home.  The student also receives access to the Reiki 1 and URR Shoden class pages.

Old Okuden techniques

The focus of this class are the Traditional Reiki Symbols and Additional Western Reiki symbols that are also present within the Reiki 2 attunement that the student receives.  I offer background information on these and ways to explore and use them.  The student is encouraged to sample each symbol, but also to use only the ones that they feel drawn to use. 

Again, everything is included in the Reiki 2 manual and at the Reiki 2 and URR Okuden class pages that each student receives access to.

Old Shinpiden concepts

The focus of this class are the Traditional Reiki 3 Symbol and the Additional Western Reiki symbol that are present within the Reiki 3 attunement that the student receives.  I offer background information on these and ways to explore and use them.  The student is encouraged to sample each symbol, but also to use only the ones that they feel drawn to use.  I also offer ways to take Reiki energy into your daily life and overcome the day to day challenges. 

Again, everything is included in the Reiki 3 manual and at the Reiki 3 and URR Shinpiden class pages that each student receives access to. 

After the class is over, I invite you to contact me if you have any questions or concerns about what was taught.  Also, you are allowed to join in and review the class at any time.  While I try to be as clear and concise as possible, it is natural for the material to take time to be absorbed by the student.

Requirement:  You will have received Reiki Third Degree (level three) training from me or another Reiki Master.  This can be Advanced Reiki Training, Reiki Master training, Reiki 3a or similar - essentially you will have received the master symbol and attunement and training from me or another Reiki teacher. If you are new to my Reiki classes please provide me with information about your previous Reiki training, and a copy of your Reiki 3 certificate.

The Threshold Reiki Master class is intended to prepare you as a Reiki Master, and also to expose you to Western and Japanese styles of Reiki energy, healing techniques and attunements.  This allows you to better understand the variety of Reiki teaching in the world today, and to help you decide the format you will eventually teach.  Threshold Reiki Masters are allowed to choose the attunements, teachings and methods that best suit them and their students, and thus can teach pure Japanese Reiki, Western Reiki, or a combination of both as Richard does. 

A two day intensive which includes:

1. many videos showing all attunements and healing techniques (including Reiki 3 Aura surgery).  This allows you to feel like you are there in class - even if you are taking the distant training.  Students find this a great way to refresh their knowledge as well.
2. an integrated Master level attunement connecting students to the exact Threshold Reiki energy I currently use (this changes daily so I also give my students a way to access this on an ongoing basis).  This attunement (as well as Threshold Reiki 2, and 3) includes stronger Traditional symbol energies I experienced from a Japanese URR Gakkai source
3. how to duplicate precisely any energy received
4. how to develop the strength of any energy so that you can present more accurate attunements (few people can initially transmit an energy exactly as received)
5. a review of the symbols of previous Reiki levels
6. three Western add-in symbols and several new symbols for comparison
7. how to give the complete system of Threshold Reiki attunements
8. the Threshold Reiju Workshop including Japanese Reiki attunements - this includes how to give Doi-sensei's 3 Gendai Reiju empowerments, plus an original Dr. Hayashi empowerment.
9. how to give a healing attunement
10. how to give a distant attunement as accurate and as strong as what you may have received

Attunement summaries

This class is the teacher or Shihan level of my Reiki system.  The focus of my Reiki Master class is mainly to ensure that the student leaves class feeling confident in giving an attunement to another person.  To allow for a break and variety during this process, I add in other notes of interest on Reiki history, Western and Japanese techniques, and even access to other sources for healing energy and assistance.  The student eventually learns that attunements are easy, even if different Reiki energies are involved.  Several examples are given. 

I support my Master students indefinitely (as I do all my students) and they receive access to ALL my Threshold Reiki class pages. They are allowed to use all notes in their own classes as well, which helps then to get their teaching practice underway, should they wish to do so.  My Reiki Master graduates may also sit in on any of the Threshold Reiki classes I teach for no additional fee.
